Our Origin Story
Bravesum was founded in 2019 after years of advising organizations across industries on large-scale transformation efforts. Again and again, we saw the same pattern: strategic initiatives didn’t stall because of poor strategy or weak technology—they stalled because leaders were not aligned. Department heads had competing priorities, decisions moved slowly, and quiet resistance undermined progress.
While organizations often invested millions in transformation programs, very little attention was given to the human dynamics that determine whether those initiatives succeed. The real challenge was not technical—it was relational, political, and organizational.
Bravesum was created to solve that problem.
