In 2019, Bravesum was founded by Lia, a seasoned consultant who worked on diverse projects in various industries. Throughout her career, Lia noticed a recurring problem: teams struggling with interpersonal issues that hindered their progress. She frequently came across teams grappling with personality clashes and power struggles that eventually snowballed into serious conflicts.
To address this common concern, Lia established Bravesum with a clear mission in mind. The company’s goal was to empower teams with the necessary skills to overcome these challenges and achieve collective success. Bravesum believes that the collective strength of a team lies in harnessing the SUM of all its parts.
